This is a (belated) thank you for everything you have done for us! The settlement went through with no worries at all (a first for us). Just wanted to let you know we appreciate everything you did for us by getting the bank to move faster than they like to and helping us determine the best course in the next phase of our journey. Thank you very much for sending those lovely coffee cups. We received them yesterday. THANK YOU!!!!! Without your help and patience with the whole process of financing our new home, we wouldn’t be where we are today – happy and settling up “home”. It’s been 12 months since you re organised our home loan finance.  You asked us to show you everything so you could help us.  I felt vulnerable, embarrassed & extremely nervous- I thought we had to sell our house to get out of our financial mess.  You came without judgement and listened.  You returned with a customised financial plan.

A lot has passed in 12 months.  Since that time, all financial commitments are sorted- credit card and tax debts are paid in full and on time.  We are taking an overseas trip this year & we have paid for that 6 months in advance.

I knew nothing about the process of getting a mortgage approved. Craig walked me through all the details and options patiently and explained everything in non finance speak so i could understand. Very quick and responsive and took the time to understand my personal situation.
