Hi, I’m Denise Jarvis, a Mortgage & Finance Broker with more than 25 years’ experience across banking and
finance.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped people navigate some of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. I
believe finance is about much more than numbers — it’s about understanding your circumstances, your goals
and what matters most to you.
My approach is simple: listen, educate, guide and provide honest, personalised advice. I take the time to
understand your situation and explain your options clearly, so you can make financial decisions with confidence.

wanting to understand your lending options, I’m here to make the process as straightforward and stress-free as

I have a particular passion for supporting people through separation and divorce, especially where there is a
family home involved. I understand that navigating finances during a major life change can feel overwhelming,
and I’m passionate about helping people understand their options and feel confident about their financial
future.
As a Mum of two, I also understand how important it is to balance financial goals with the realities of family
life. I value genuine relationships and believe you should have someone in your corner who will take the time
to listen, answer your questions and support you throughout the journey.

detail, clear communication and being there for my clients — not just when their loan settles, but throughout
