Had a problem getting a loan as I had too much money no income. Was buying a place and couldn’t get a loan over the house. Only options were getting very expensive. Finally after a loan fell through at the last minute a friend put me on to Mark. He found a way to get me a loan against the land value only and which allowed me to get the amount I needed at a very competitive rate. It’s seeing those not as obvious ways to do something that makes the difference.
