After 26 years and various management roles with ANZ, its exciting and rewarding to be part of a team whose vision of what true customer service should look like, is the same as my own.
Working for Astute allows me to provide the time and service level I don’t believe possible any longer with large institutional banks. The atmosphere is relaxed yet professional, which makes for a closer working relationship with our clients.
Originally from Cairns, I’ve seen peaks and troughs, and have always followed the residential market with interest. I’ve watched Cairns develop progressively over the years and am looking forward to helping people become part of this city’s future growth.

Jimmydee has been a great help in assisting me with my home loan. I was recommended to Jimmydee by a friend as I was unsure on where to begin for my first home. He made it easy, giving step by step assistance. He is incredibly patient and explains things in simple terms to make everything easy to understand. He was able to go through all the options with me and made making a decision simplistic. He is quick to reply and fast acting. I would recommend JD to anyone in the market for a broker as my experience has been fantastic.
We have worked with Prue and Gus on our financing for 5 years now, this included both mortgages and personal loans. They have always been professional, upfront and genuine.
